Today Friday and we close at 9 p..m. Our lunch specials today includes fried catfish, chicken livers, fried chicken, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, chuck wagon steak, beef steak Parmesan and lemon basil roasted chicken.
 
Our soup of the day is vegetable and our side of the day is Cole slaw. Our featured Paleo selection today is garlic ground beef and turkey and our featured seafood selection today is shrimp and grits.
We will be closed from July 2 – 5 to allow ourselves and our employees some much needed vacation time.

Thursday means our special today is Dwight’s delectable chicken and dumplings (and they are just as good as grandma’s!). We also have our other daily specials (fried chicken, chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, beef steak Parmesan, chuck wagon steak and lemon basil roasted chicken).
 
Our soup of the day is tomato bisque and our vegetable of the day is speckled butter beans. We have several Paleo and seafood options available.  FYI – We will be closed from July 2 – 5th to give ourselves and our employees a much needed vacation! Thanks for your continued patronage and understanding.

Today is Monday. Dwight says a big bowl of red beans and rice and a cold beer is like a little slice of heaven! Lucky for you that today is Monday and that is just what we’ve got for you! We close at 9 but the red beans and rice are first come, first served, so come and get some before they run out. We also have our regular lunch fare of fried chicken, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, beefsteak Parmesan and lemon basil roasted chicken.

Our soup of the day is tomato bisque and the vegetable of the day stewed okra and tomatoes. We have several paleo items on the menu and lots of seafood items to choose from.

We will be closed July 2 through July 5 to give our hard working employees (and ourselves) some much needed vacation/family time.

Today is St. Patrick’s Day and we’ve got something special in store for you. We are featuring our New England Boil; corned beef, cabbage, red skinned potatoes and carrots for $11.99. We’ll also be selling all our beer for $1 off.

Today is Sunday and we are open for brunch and lunch. We have chicken and dumplings today and we have a few treats for you today that we don’t have any other day. On Sundays we have a brunch bowl, a chicken salad croissant and chicken and waffles in addition to our normal lunch fare. You can get a “regular” waffle or you can get our “special” waffle which is a jalapeno cornmeal waffle with sriracha syrup; it’s the PERFECT amount of warm and sweet! You HAVE to try it.
 
Our soup today is vegetable beef and our featured side today is cheese grits. We have several Paleo items including bacon wrapped chicken thighs and lemon basil chicken and our featured seafood items are fish and grits or shrimp and grits.

If it’s Wednesday and you’re at Burke’s that means you’re in for a treat because we’ve been told we have the best meat loaf in town (in addition to all our regular daily specials)! Our vegetable of the day is peas and carrots and our soup is Pasta E Fagioli. We have several Paleo items on our menu and both Tilapia and Salmon in addition to Shrimp Creole and Shrimp and grits.
